Scout not very impressed with Bec’s air squats

Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

10 Thoracic bridges

200m run

10 cossack squats hold for 3 seconds per side

30 second plank each side

Handstand walk progressions

Metcon (Time)

For time:

3-minute handstand hold

100 squats

50-meter handstand walk

100 squats

30 handstand push-ups
Keep your midline tight when upside down. This is going to keep you in most stable and balanced position.
