Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

2 minute squat hold

2 minute pec trigger each side

2 rounds

15 lying broomstick pass throughs

8 inch worm push ups

10 bulgarian split squats each leg

Weightlifting

Keep a controlled descent in the during an overhead squat. If you drop to fast the dumbbell is going to fall forward. Keep the dumbbell in line with your heels.

Single-dumbbell Overhead Squat (5-5-5-5-5)

Bench Press (3-3-3-3-3)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Triple unders (5 attempts at max set)
