For most of you the daily WOD is going to be all you will need to achieve great results with CrossFit. Supporting your exercise level with a well balanced foundation of nutrition and a positive attitude and you will achieve great results.
To take your training and results to the next level, working one on one with one of our experienced trainers can be very beneficial in giving you some individual direction and technique practice to optimise your results.
We are now going to offer private training sessions with one of the trainers at the box during the week. This service can be tailored to what ever you wish to work on.
What does it cost?
For CrossFit Rocks members only private sessions will be available for $60 with any trainer of your choice.
Non-members private sessions will range from $80 – $120 depending on the experience level of the trainer.
